Etude House Color Lip fit
Etude House Disney collection
Hi! I'm Mimi, a make up hoarder who lives in Sydney!
My blog contains things I ♥ and adore + reviews and random ramblings.
Etude House are known for creating cute products that you would display on your dressing table. Especially their wide range of hand creams! In the past we have seen Etude House hand creams packaged in panda’s, and bee’s and all different sorts of cute animals! They have just recently released a new range of hand cream called ‘My Castle’.
[by Sora Ghim] Makeup brand Etude House has released a new line of hand creams. With the concept of a princess fantasy story, the ‘My Castle’ line is in the shape of a castle.
The ‘My Castle’ hand cream comes in four kinds, each in different design houses and stories. Choose a scent that suits you and fulfill your dream of being a princess.
I’m guessing that these cute, castle hand cream will be quite small since they only contain 30 ml!
Of course Krystal, the face of Etude House, is seen with the product in her drama. I think the packaging looks quite cute and reminds me of an actual Etude House store (especially the pink one).
There are four different ‘scent’ to choose from! Personally I would choose ‘Sweet Cookie’ since I love sweet fragrances.
The magical smell of the ‘Pink Wish’ castle, the mysterious ‘Ice Frozen’ castle, the sweet happiness of ‘Sweet Cookie’ castle, and the elegance rose fragrance of the ‘Forever Rose’ castle are the four types of scents. Made of natural ingredients and Shea butter, it contains 6 different types of herbs (Centella aslatica, aloe, lavender, lemon verbena, marshmallow root, chamomile) to moisturize the skin.
If you are really in love with the range, you can opt to get the box set , which comes with all the hand creams. Don’t you guys think the cardboard box is just super adorable?
Which hand cream would you guys get?
Hi guys! I am back with my second review of the products I purchased from Etude House’s ‘Disney princess happy ending’ collection. If you want to read my reviewed mascara from the collection please click here~^^.
When I saw the glitter shadows from the collection I just had to have it. I absolutely loved how wearable and pretty the colours looked! There are three colours to choose from, and initially I bought #2 Magic Pumpkin. But after using it for a while I fell in love with it so I bought #1 Pink Glass Heels.
Description: This cream type eye-shadow has a soft texture like jelly and an elegant shiny like pearl. Long Lasting. Attractive colors. Be the heroine of the Happy Ending Story!
Etude House uses different coloured packaging and slightly different print to differentiate the three eye shadows. Shadow #1 has a peachy pink print on the box and lid and has images of bows and heels just like the name of the shadow. On the other hand shadow 2# has pastel pink prints and images of a pumpkin carriage.
It comes with English descriptions and ingredients which is great!
The detail and thought Etude House put in their products is always on point! I love the Cinderella barcode~
Shadow #2 is a very wearable colour, even despite the glitter. It’s a pretty shade of brown that will definitely compliment anyone’s skin tone! I purchased the burgundy, pink colour because I always wanted a burgundy eye shadow. I spotted Soyu with it in Sistar’s I Swear performance and I though that it looked like a suitable colour for the warmer weather.
These shadows definitely live up to the word ‘glitter’ in its name. It’s immensely sparkly, which may be a hit or miss for different people. I actually think its glitter element helps my eyes look more awake and makes my eyes stand out more. I do think it looks pretty beautiful, especially in the light. Unfortunately my camera didn’t do a very good job at capturing it’s glitter.
I use these shadows either as a base or on its own and I never apply primer. The product itself lasts quite long and is pigmented enough to apply without a primer.
It glides on my eyelids seamlessly, which makes it a very convenient product when I’m on the go because no brush is required. I also don’t experience much glitter fall out with this product. On the downside, however, the eyeshadow is not very buildable.

I rate this: 4/5

please excuse my spelling mistake ><, I misspelt ‘tumblr’Here are a few quick tips of the diffrent types of eyeliners and their uses! Hopefully you guys can find it useful and perhaps find a type of eyeliner that works well for you! If you have any beauty101 requests feel free to let me know through my ask box ~^^
Hi guys, I’m back with a belated review today ><. Today I will be reviewing Etude House lock n’ summer cushion liner. As you guys may know, beautynetkorea are/were refunding their customers who bought this liner, unfortunately I didn’t get mine from there so I didn’t get a refund.
Initially I bought this product because I loved the new concept. This was the first brand who were releasing a cushion form eyeliner and I just had to give it a go! This eyeliner comes in five different colours, I chose BR401 since it was a more natural and suitable for everyday wear.
Description: this is a cushion liner that coats eyes with vivid color for powerful, energetic eyes.
In the box you receive the eyeliner container and a very mini eyeliner brush which I did not use due to its small size and flimsiness, therefore I opted for my Mac brush instead.
For this review I did not get a chance to probably swatch it. The first time I used it, it was fine, except I found it a bit drying. The more I used it, the drier the content was (even though I properly shut the lid) and I had to apply it harshly to make it appear on my eyes. By the time I got it out for review it was all dried out! It is pretty much unusable and I will probably be throwing it in the bin.
This is one of the first Etude House product which I’m disappointed in. The concept was great, new and exciting but it didn’t deliver. When you apply it, it barely looks like how the eye liner looks on the model in Etude House’s promotional pictures, and instead it looks like very dried eyeliner.
I’ve seen some reviews of Korean bloggers and it looks like it works perfectly fine, like how it should. So I have no idea if I just have a faulty one. But I definitely know other people who have had similar experiences.
Overall I’m very disappointed and felt like I have wasted my money on this product. My Etude House liner that cost $5 works ten times better than this $9 liner. So if you are looking for a liner, I suggest straying away from this particular product as there are plenty of other liners out there which perform a lot better. :)
I rate this: 1 big, sassy Sehun ‘no’ out of 5

Hey guys! How is everyone doing? This round up today is going to be from my buys from the last two months, since I missed out last month’s post due to exams and all those boring stuff. But now they are over and I have holidays, which probably means I will frequently visit the shops ><. Just a little reminder that my giveaway ends tomorrow!~ So if you haven’t entered, feel free to enter!~
There’s a lot of things I just crumble over when I see them at the shop; that is cute stationery, homeware and Asian cosmetics. I stocked up on some A4 exercise book you can put in your binder, the cutest scallop cup and a cardboard stag head!~
I’ve recently discovered Frankie magazines. I think all their issues comes with cute posters and the content is also quite good. I also bought Cosmo, a book filled with short stories. I haven’t read so much yet since I’m currently reading another book ><.
I am in love with this dress, picked it up at dotti for $15 dollars from $80. It is just a tad to low cut at the front>< .

Cutest $5 top from valley girl! I’m so in love with pineapples, especially the cute, cartoon print ones!
Daiso knick knacks
If you live in Australia and you’re interested in home ware/ decorating, you should definitely check out K-mart! They have affordable, replicas of home items that are actually really good quality for its price! I picked this side table for only $30! I’m particularly interested in Scandanavian styled interior (lots of wood and white), so this stool was a must have!
Has anyone seen abnormal summit? It’s currently my favourite Korean show out! I love Alberto, Sam, Enes, Robin, Daniel (cause he’s Australian). Actually the whole cast are flawless and I love how funny and insightful the show is. It’s pretty interesting getting to know about people’s point of view, and facts about other countries.
The miniature World cup trophy (yes I know it ended ages ago, I miss watching it so much T_T) is made with a 3D printer. I thought it’ll feel like paper but it’s pretty solid like plastic.
Cause, who doesn’t love Giroud?
