I don’t really post things like this, but it’s quite sad how hundreds of teens around the age of us are missing or dying or even worse probably not even here on earth anymore and are resting in paradise. I’m very grateful that none of my relatives were on that ship, but it’s also possible that friends of my cousins could have been on that ship and I pray dearly for them. And to the class president who gave up his life jacket to his fellow classmate. God bless. Our world really needs people like you. I’m very sure your school and family would be proud of you. I love you all. Stay strong South Korea.

Hi guys! Finally I found the chance to take pictures of this product and post up a review. As you guys may know Etude Houes released a Disney Minnie collection around November I think. Of course I couldn’t resist the temptation so I bought a few items from the collection, one being the XOXO Minnie Highlighter, which I will be reviewing today.
The collection is supposedly limited edition so I wanted to finish reviewing all the items I purchased from the range before no more online stores sell them. Keep in mind that you can still find some of these Minnie products available at various online cosmetics stores and ebay, so purchase it if you’re are interested because I’m not sure how much longer they will be available! Click here if you want to read my review of my lipstick from this collection.
Every element of the packaging for this product is just so adorable. The product is housed in a sturdy plastic compact which has polka dots and a vintage image of Minnie Mouse imprinted on it. Although everything about the compact is well designed and high quality it’s unfortunate that it didn’t come with a mirror inside.
This product is a tri-colour highlighter in the form of Minnie Mouse’s face. It’s just simply too cute to use and I don’t want Minnie’s face rubbing off. ><
The powder feels smooth when I swatched it using my finger and adheres quite nicely to the skin. The highlighter’s pigmentation is decent but buildable. Instead of large chunks of glitter, its glitter is very fine which enables it to give a subtle glow to my face, which is good because I don’t want to go around looking like a disco ball :P. It also allows me to highlight my features I want to define whilst still maintaining a natural look.
The only downside is that since this product contains very light and silver toned colours it may not be suitable for people with warmer skin tones.
Even the packaging at the back is adorable! I just love the mickey mouse bar code!
B: Minnie mouse’s ears - Silver with a purple undertone
A: Minnie mouse’s face - Pearl colour with pink undertone
C: the background - Silver with a pink undertone
I don’t think my camera captured the highlighter’s true colour very well so I added a description for you guys!~
I rate this: 4 out of 5
Hey guys, sorry for the lack of reviews throughout the week I promise a review will definitely be up by next week!~ I know my last post was about Etude House collaboration with Disney but I want to update you guys with another Etude House new release that I’m interested in trying out!
Etude House has recently released two limited edition colours to their highly raved about product ‘Fresh Cherry Tint’ for their 5th anniversary!~ Without further ado, here are the pictures~
This retails for 6,000 KRW
I just absolutely love the pastel coloured packaging and decorated bunting flags. I think I’m at the stage where I don’t even care how the quality of the product is and I just want to buy it for the packaging >< .
The two new colours are PP501, a pastel purple colour with a hint of pink and the other colour is OR202, a light orange colour. Both look very suitable for springtime~
I might just ‘yolo’ and purchase it despite the colours being more suitable for spring or summer. I mean it’s limited edition so I think I’m going to jump on the bandwagon and get myself one, or both… I really just love lip tints and adorable packaging!
Which colour out of the two limited edition colours would you guys go for? I’m really excited to try this out! How about you guys?

Etude House has just released another Disney collaboration for their Spring collection!~ This time it’s Disney’s Cinderella! If you liked Etude House page on facebook you may have noticed the teaser photos of their Cinderella collaboration. As you may or may not know I’m a huge Disney fan and any make up product, shirt, etc. with Disney on it gives me the biggest urge to purchase it. Since this collection has released I’m actually contemplating on purchasing it despite how broke I am. ><
So far the products that have been released is two different types of design for their new Magic Any Cushion pact.
I think Cinderella is actually a good Disney character to use as the design since it suits Etude’s House concept for their magic any cushion product. I’m sure everyone who has watched or knows about Cinderella knows that there’s a lot of magic that occurs in the movie/story, especially when her fairy godmother magically transform her into a beautiful princess.
The product in the image above is the ‘Cinderella Magic Any Cushion Magic Pink limited edition set’. It comes with the case and a refill in ‘Magic Pink’.
This magic cushion pact makes skin transparent and bright with a lovely magic base colour that covers imperfections of any skin type
This retails in Korea for: 23,000 won
The second product is just a refill case in a different design, personally I like the design of the limited edition set better.
This compact case retails for 10,000 won
Are any of you guys interested in this Cinderella Collaboration? Personally I think this collaboration is whats going to make me try out their Magic Any Cushion. How about you guys?

|ayanmei asked: Do you have any recommendable/fav mascara? : ))|
Hi! Two of my favourite mascaras are Bad Gal by Benefit and Loreal 4D Lash architect. I find that the benefit one doesn’t make your lashes clump together and it barely smudges, plus it does a great job at volumizing! The loreal one is good, especially for people with smaller eyes since it has a thin wand and can get to your lashes at the inner corner of your eyes!~ I hope this has helped you!~ :)
Innisfree came out with a Melting lip balm collection and I must admit that the packaging is so adorable! The lipbalm is meant to be lightly tinted so I think its a great product for everyday use!
This product retails for around eight dollars and comes in 6 colours, and the one I own is in number 4.
The product claims to create vivid colour with a melting touch to the lips, have a Jeju Cymbidium Makino scent and is formulated with camellia oil, shea butter and vitamins which offer a moisturised feeling.
Firstly, I absolutely love the packaging! It is so cute and reflects Innisfree as a company with the Jeju and environment cartoons. As you may know, Innisfree’s product contains a lot of ingredients that come from Jeju, so I think it’s a wonderful idea to have cute cartoon on the packaging which depicts the type of company they are.
The product glides on seeminglessly and feels extremely lightweight on my lips. I think its moisturising effect is pretty good, better than other tinted lip balms I have tried. I have severely dry lips and this helps to relieve it quite a bit. In saying that I think this would work a lot more effectively on people whose lips don’t often get chapped. However I do agree that the lip balm feels as if its ‘melting’ in your lips, which gives off the feeling of hydrated lips!
In terms of colour pay off, its what you would expect from any tinted lipbalm. This tinted lip balm is a sheer colour that leaves a glossy finish. Although I think the colour is sheer it does make a difference and kinda gives a bit more life to my face when I’m wearing no make up. The colour is no where near what it looks like on the model in the picture above, so I guess this would work a lot more better on girls with paler lips.
I rate this, 4 Sehun yehet’s out of 5
